(Guest) The way we always wished it was done

Caught a free screening of 500DOS today in NYC and, wow. I’ve been following the updates on this movie for months now, watched over a dozen talk show, interview, and radio appearances and I can truly say my confidence was 100% justified. Everything I wished I’d seen in romantic comedies before was opened with a new light of freshness and purity in 500DOS. Joe and Zooey shine through and the supporting actors are ‘perfectly adequate’ for their roles. From the writing, to the cinematography, the music, to the aesthetics, 500DOS came through. Overall, I would say it was better than Eternal Sunshine, and in the same ballpark as Garden State. I just can’t wait until it releases on DVD so I can watch it again, and again.
