500 Days of Summer Soundtrack Tracklisting

Update (April, 09): It has been confirmed that this purportedly official tracklisting was, in fact, only a rumor. We now have details on the official album: View the 500 Days of Summer Soundtrack with details and artwork.

This post is an update to our last post with songs from 500 Days of Summer. This appears to be a more concrete listing of what songs are actually going to be on the 500 Days of Summer Official Soundtrack. Stereogum didn’t provide any details of where they got this information but they are a pretty good source of information and the track listing would definitely make good sense. Whatever the final listing is like, this is a sweet soundtrack.

I’m a little unsure of these “karaoke selections” listed under the main tracks below. There are definitely some karaoke bar scenes in 500 Days of Summer, but is the soundtrack going to have karaoke tracks?

Pick the poster for 500 Days of Summer

Fox Searchlight and /film are asking you to vote for your favorite poster for 500 Days of Summer!

It’s a really hard choice for me… I think I like the first best. The third one looks sort of vintage, in a cool way, and the last one is very cute. The second one is the most creative with the sun made out of photos. They all definitely stand out.

500 Days of Summer Full Trailer!

Just released! Wow.

500 Days of Summer is unbelievable. Awesome movie; impressive soundtrack that went perfectly for the trailer. Oh man, what’s not to love about this. The best way to describe 500 Days of Summer is as a backwards love story. (Ok, “it’s not a love story.”) Zooey and Joe are fantastic though and what an amazing scene to open the trailer with. The trailer has so many scenes you have to watch it a few times to catch everything.

I’m working on collecting the songs from the trailer and transcribing some of the quotes for your convenience!
