500 Days of Summer Theatrical Posters
Late last year Fox Searchlight held an open contest for voting on one of three potential posters for the movie. It’s unsure which one was eventually chosen (voting has closed) but here are the three posters that were part of the contest. I like the second one best. What about you?

Another promotional photo released for 500 Days. This one shows director Marc Webb giving instruction to Zooey Deschanel (Summer) and Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Tom). Pretty cool to see Zooey and Joseph out of character.
500 Days of Summer Promo Photos
These photos were just released by Fox Searchlight promoting 500 Days of Summer. They were released in a decently high resolution format (they’re about a “medium” size, not super big.) They are our first clear look into 500 Days. The amazing teaser trailer is full of images, however Fox Searchlight has only released the teaser in a very small file (probably purposely,) so we can’t blow up any stills from it. Anyway, forget the technical blabber — here are the photos: [make sure to read my edit underneath the photos!]

edit: I found a super high resolution version of the photo of Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt looking at each other smiling. So turns out I was quite incorrect about Fox Searchlight purposely not releasing high res stuff. I just wasn’t looking in the right places.
January 25th, 2009500 Days of Summer Trailer (Teaser!)
This is the teaser trailer for 500 Days of Summer that was officially released this week. Keep in mind this is only a teaser trailer for 500 Days. A lot of sites erroneously name it as the official trailer. Expect a full trailer to come out in the next few months. (Keep checking back here to be notified when that comes out.)
This teaser has gotten a lot of people excited about the film. Only a few have been able to see it so far at Sundance… anyone have an extra ticket?

This is the very first post on the 500 Days of Summer blog, hello!
I immediately became a big fan of 500 Days of Summer after watching the trailer just a couple of weeks ago. After spending some time searching, I discovered that 500 Days isn’t being promoted too heavily online (or in print media) yet and I wanted to provide a complete resource for fans of the upcoming film!
I’m excited to start posting new information about 500 Days. You can count on me to have the newest details about the movie as they are released to the public. If you find any information that isn’t already posted here, please shoot me an email and I’ll make sure you get credit when I post it.
